About this notice

This notice describes the current InterviewBloom marketing website. The interview app has separate in-app disclosures for speech processing, accounts and saved practice. Review those disclosures before starting a session.

Browsing this website

The website does not use account cookies. Fonts and images are served with the site. The hosting infrastructure processes network information, including an IP address, to deliver the website. Our basic page-count payload excludes IP addresses, cookies, location, referrers, browser details and query strings.

Basic page counts

Our hosting configuration counts requests for a fixed list of public pages, independently of Google Analytics. These counts use no analytics cookies or visitor identifiers and are not sent to Google Analytics. They measure page requests rather than unique people; reloads and bots can increase the counts.

The counter emits only a fixed page label. AWS adds technical timestamps and a per-request ID to its function logs; those source logs have a one-day retention setting, with deletion following AWS’s retention schedule. Aggregate page counts are kept in CloudWatch without those request IDs. We do not enable detailed access logging for this purpose.

Website analytics

Google Analytics loads automatically when you browse the public website. We use it to understand traffic sources, approximate location, pages visited, engagement, pricing-section views and early-access clicks. A submitted waitlist request can be counted without sending form fields. Analytics uses browser identifiers and cookies; Google processes network and device information to provide the service. Analytics cookies are configured with a 180-day lifetime. You can block analytics or remove cookies using your browser settings.

Our event code excludes form contents, email addresses and interview materials. It sends only known public page paths and permitted campaign labels, without arbitrary URL parameters or fragments. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Read Google’s Privacy Policy for more about Google’s processing.

Videos and external links

The home page includes YouTube videos using privacy-enhanced embeds. Loading or playing them can send information to YouTube; lazy loading is not a consent control. External websites, including social platforms, handle information under their own privacy notices.

Early-access registration and email

The waitlist collects your email address, area of work and explicit permission to email early-access and invitation updates. No sign-in is needed. Joining does not guarantee access or a start date. We store requests in a private AWS DynamoDB table through AWS Lambda. Telegram notifications are disabled and signup details are not sent to Google Analytics.

Pending requests expire after 90 days; AWS deletion can take additional time. To withdraw, email info@interviewbloom.com from your registered address. After checking ownership, we remove the stored email and work area and exclude you from future exports. A hash-only suppression record remains for up to 90 days to prevent immediate re-enrolment. Private exports are restricted to waitlist operators and removed when no longer needed.

For abuse protection we temporarily store keyed hashes of source IP addresses and request counters for up to two hours, without storing raw IP addresses in the waitlist. Application logs exclude signup fields and use a seven-day retention setting. If you email us, your address and message are processed through email services so we can respond. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.
